CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in the following fee: Color services: $50 Haircuts/Styling services: $10 Since I do not require a card on file, these fees must be paid before any future appointment request can be approved. I know emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you're dealing with an emergency, please communicate with me. I'm always happy to be understanding when you keep me informed. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business. Every appointment reserved is time set aside just for you, and last-minute changes make it difficult to fill those openings.
